Leadership Award
2022 Youth Leadership Award
Sponsored by the Farmington Kiwanis Club in conjunction with the 



The Youth Leadership Award reflects the mission of Kiwanis to inspire
young people to achieve their personal best through service leadership. 
The award is open to individuals or groups of individuals. 

Recipients of the Youth Leadership Award will have demonstrated the following five principles of young leaders:
Personal Integrity: Doing the right thing  

Personal Growth: Developing in mind, body, and spirit 
Respect: Showing consideration for self, others, and property 
Building Community: Developing relationships to achieve positive goals 
Pursuit of Excellence: Expecting and achieving the best 

If these qualities describe you or a group you are a part of, please complete this form and include a 1-2 page portfolio that includes pictures of your service to the community  and a written summary of accomplishments telling Kiwanis why you are deserving of  the Youth Leadership Award. The award will be given at the Farmington Regional  Chamber of Commerce's banquet on November 5, 2022. 


Applicant must be able to attend the Farmington Chamber of Commerce Banquet (date to be determine), be willing to attend a Farmington Kiwanis Meeting, and participate in all media promotion about this award.
